Hell is a ghost of a game, completed in a rush for a game jam, but what's there is a perfectly dark revisiting of those lighthearted 1980s Mac OS exploration games from the age before Myst. It works super well in terms of functionality, but the performance for apps that you need/want like Chrome, Photoshop, or Acrobat Reader make it a non-usable solution. Note/ Sandboxing and API level virtualization don’t bring the attributes of a mobile-ARM OS to a desktop OS either, no matter how much techies assert. Oct 23, 2016 Unfortunately, that’s impossible to do with Mac OS X, at least with it’s built-in software. There are some commerical applications to do that (like TechTool Pro), but I get a little pissed off when I have to spend a lot of money buying a software that does a zillion things when all I want is surface scans, and specially when I could do it with the “old” OS and not with the new powerful.
* Update: We made a build with instructions and fixed an XBox 360 controller drift issue a few hours after the deadline. We're leaving the web build as is so that the deadline version is featured.
- When you normally delete your files in Mac OS X, the operating system is only forgetting where those particular files are placed, while the data still physically remains on the drive. Beginning with Mac OS 10.3, Apple enhanced its security by introducing the Secure Empty Trash feature, which follows the U.S. DoD pattern of overwriting data.
- An update made it look more like Windows or Mac OS X, and the cheapest Chomebooks cost as little as $200, making them potentially cheaper, and more useful, than a lot of 7-inch budget tablets.
Blocks are raining down upon you; survive as long as you can!
As your Vanquish Bar fills, you can eliminate blocks one at a time, or wait until its filled to unleash your true power. Don't get squished! Use your Rewind power at the right time to avoid certain death.
Super Blocket Hell includes local multiplayer! Play together on the same keyboard or with a controller. Social Distancing? No problem; Super Blocket Hell is compatible with Parsec* so you can turn your local versus match into an online one.

Super Blocket Hell was developed for both Brackeys Jam 2020.2 and LOWREZJAM 2020. With the extended development time allowed by LOWREZJAM, we were able to add multiplayer functionality to turn our fun arcade game into a chaotic party game.
